We're not a restaurant. We're not trying to be. Yummy Yummies is a mobile food van built on one idea: cook proper food, give people a generous serve, and charge a fair price.

Our Story ——

Started With a Spreadsheet.
Built With a Lot of Sweat.

Yummy Yummies wasn't born in a commercial kitchen or funded by a business loan. It started in late 2023 with an investment that finished up and a conversation with a mate after work. The idea? A food van. Simple enough. What followed was anything but.

Before a single burger was flipped, there were spreadsheets. Then a custom-built database that calculated food costs, set markup percentages, and generated menus with the right prices. Then a year of getting the van road-ready — fixing the kinds of things that come off a factory floor and shouldn't.

The first spot was a motocross club on weekends. A small following grew. A gap in Wollongong's food landscape was found, and a regular customer stepped in and said, “Set up at ours.” That's the kind of loyalty you can't manufacture.

A real business, built the hard way. And the food is bloody good.
